Pilates options are available under ACC or privately when you are seeing a Physiotherapist.

A longer consultation is required initially when integrating Pilates into your treatment or rehabilitation. Some visits may involve a combination of Physiotherapy and Pilates. The Physiotherapist will discuss this with you based on the stage of your recovery and current abilities. Performing clinical Pilates with a Physiotherapist ensures you are performing safe and effective exercises personalised to you.

Group Pilates

No group Pilates sessions are offered at Hilltop Physio but a referral can be made to a Pilates instructor / studio class when you are ready to integrate into a group class scenario. This also ensures you are ready to commence classes.
