We are located only 5mins drive from Orewa town. Drive past the north end of Orewa Beach and turn left onto Hillcrest Road. Drive over the Pukeko Bridge (Hillcrest Road Bridge) and continue a few minutes further until you reach the end of Hillcrest Road.

You will see a black building on your right side as you approach the top of Hillcrest road. Parking is available to the right of the building in the public parking area. Please walk to the main entrance down the driveway, and you will see a “Hilltop Physio” sign near the main entrance on the right.

Wheelchair access is available just past the main clinic entrance (this will be marked for visibility). Wheelchair patients can park under the covered carpark. There will be a ramp available for use, and you can enter through the sliding doors. Please knock on the sliding doors at your appointment time.

No, you do not need a referral from your GP. You can come directly to a Physiotherapist. We can process your claim and submit it directly to ACC if required.

A portion of your treatment cost will be covered by ACC, however there is a co-payment. Your Physiotherapist will determine whether it can be covered by ACC or if it will be private through a discussion at your consultation.

We can refer you directly for investigation or to the appropriate medical specialist for further assessment if required.

Yes, these sessions are via video or telephone. Please contact the clinic by email or phone 027 555 6965 to make a telehealth appointment and discuss service charges. These sessions cannot be booked online.

Some insurance policies cover Physiotherapy treatments. If you are not covered by ACC, check with your insurance provider directly regarding Physio cover. We can provide receipts to meet the requirements of your insurer.
